The Beginning
Vantage started as a tiny, ambitious idea in a small room with a big dream: Let’s build spaces people actually enjoy living in. Armed with passion, two desks, and way too much coffee, the first blueprint was drafted.
2015
The first foundation
Our very first residential project broke ground. It wasn’t the biggest building in the city — but it had heart, character, and a waiting list longer than expected. That’s when we knew we were onto something.
2017
Growing faster than concrete sets
Vantage expanded into commercial development, designing boutique office spaces that felt more like creative hubs than cubicle farms. People started calling us the “friendly developer” because we actually listened.

A new era of design
