How does the partnership process work?

We follow a simple, transparent 5-step flow: discussion → evaluation → proposal → development → delivery. Each stage is explained upfront so you always know what’s happening and why. No hidden surprises.

What documents do I need to start?

Usually just your title deed, ID copy, and any available plot details. If something is missing, our team guides you step by step — many landowners don’t have everything ready at the start, and that’s completely normal.

How long does a full development take?

It depends on the project scale. Smaller buildings may take 18–24 months, while larger developments can take longer. We give realistic timelines right after feasibility so you can plan ahead without guesswork.

Do I have to give up ownership of my land?

Not at all. In most partnership models, the land stays in your name until agreements are signed. Even afterward, ownership distribution varies by the profit-share or joint-venture model you choose.

What if my land is not suitable for construction?

We assess zoning, legal status, access roads, plot shape, demand and long-term value. If the land isn’t ready for development, we explain why — and sometimes suggest alternate uses or improvements that increase feasibility.

How is my return calculated?

Returns are based on built-up area, market value, project cost and the partnership model. You can receive units, profit-share, or a payout. Everything is calculated transparently with shared reports.

What if I live abroad?

No problem at all. Many of our partners live outside the UAE. We handle paperwork digitally, provide regular project updates, and arrange remote signing options so distance never slows things down.

Can I request specific unit types as my share?

Yes — depending on the design and availability, you can choose from the allocated unit mix. Some landowners prefer penthouses, others prefer multiple smaller units for rental income. We discuss what works best for your goals.

Is there a minimum plot size you accept?

Different projects need different footprints, but we typically evaluate anything with realistic potential. Even irregular or small plots can work depending on location and zoning.

What guarantees do I get?

We provide clear agreements, fixed timelines, construction milestones, and regular updates. Everything is documented so you’re protected legally and financially throughout the partnership.
