Best value, pay once and save the most. Single full payment at booking against the indicative list price. Highest discount of all plans. Best for: Buyers who want the maximum saving and the simplest transaction.
1-Year Plan — 5% off list price
Balance comfort and savings over 12 months. Standard booking down-payment followed by the balance spread across 12 months. Riba-free installments. Best for: Buyers who want a meaningful discount while easing cash flow over a year.
2-Year Plan — 0% (at list price)
Maximum flexibility, lowest monthly outlay. Standard booking down-payment followed by the balance spread across 24 months, typically billed quarterly. Riba-free installments. Best for: Buyers who prioritize the easiest payment schedule over a discount.
All plans are indicative and subject to confirmation at formal launch. A standard booking down-payment of approximately 25 to 30 percent is recommended for the 1-year and 2-year installment plans, with the balance payable over the plan term on a riba-free basis. No payment is required at the Expression of Interest stage. Final prices, per-square-foot rates and plan terms will be confirmed when the price list is released.
